All you have to do is have one of these words secure: or secure : in the subject line or body of the email. Once the server sees these words it will automatically encrypt the email for you.

When they click on read the message they are able to login using there email provider login information or ask to have a one time password sent to their email. If they ask for a one time password they will get an email that looks like this.

They just have to type in the one-time password and it will decrypt the email.

All emails that are sent internally will automatically decrypt and will not make you sign in when sent.
